Hi there. Not sure where to complain, but actually it's a big problem that building costs much more than destroying.
Yesterday my base and most of my cores (23) were destroyed. I spent around 400k TC and 5 hours on a bike to rebuild my base, cores and my 4 mines.
Today my district was destroyed again. I did not even have oppotunity to protect my cores, in a few clicks my energy would dissapear. And I do not have this 400k TC again to rebuild everything. Taking into account update on mines, how much will it take for me to collect this 400k from 4 mines? 3 weeks? And I will be usless for my MC all this time. And just right after i rebuild my disctric someone will come again and in a few hours destroy my 3 weeks efforts. And this destroyer will spend no TC, he just gain huge amount of XP and stuff.
And the biggest issue for me - I can't participate in cluster wars with destroyed base/cores. Probably i could place cores in the middle of nowhere to protect them, but cores recharge costs ~10k per click so it will be tricky to charge 39 cores.
And I even can't take revenge to this guy as he also gave up on cluster wars as his district is always under attack of other MCs. My invasion will only bring him extra XP which he is willing to get.
May be this issue does not touch a lot of people, as game is not that popular yet, but the more players are involved the harder will be
Please think of the balance, it is really hard to find motivation to level up cores for weeks in the sake of leveling up timekeepers from other MCs.
Your MC can help you rebuild your base to L5. That's one of the reasons being in a Cluster is great. TC to share!

How a player chooses to play the game, depends entirely on the player. You can choose to build a cluster, play as an individual or go around attacking players from other Megacorps.
In order to make sure that a player's actions and work put into building his base do not go to a waste, the base is only levelled down by 1 level upon replanting it.
If you wish to attack the player that you are talking about, you can do that directly without having to be involved in a cluster battle. This does not bring any XP to the player who is being attacked.
ok so the outcome of it in the future when lots of player would be:
linking up and waging cluster war is like a previlege, only well comunicated and organized groups can do it much efficient.
level up is not an issue if you have patience or vice versa.
think it like an earlier stage of a game play, everything is fragile and meaningless except level up until you are hardened and find it fun to just blew shrt up.
and then the victim all get together and create a band of avengers, start organising and plan stuff, insert your imagination here_______
