1 S gives 25% O if the outgoing one
2 P gives 50% Ð if outgoing one
3 P gives 25% Ð if outgoing 2
4 P for any output colwe sends 25 from S to O

@sasbalas Here's the formula that is used to calculate the cluster strength of a base in a cluster.

Cluster strength of a base = (Power profit of base/ No. of outgoing links) * Multiplier

where, Multiplier - 100% for origin base, 50% for primary base, 25% for secondary base

The total cluster strength of the cluster is then calculated by adding the individual cluster strengths of all the bases(origin, primary and secondary) involved in the cluster.

Is this really the formula?

Sounds little bit "strange" to have a definition for a Cluster Strength of something that is by definition a single object.

And so the CS of a Cluster of bases involved in a battle is then the sum of the CS of Origin, CS of all Primaries and CS of all Secondary bases?

 

If this is true it would mean that if an Origin base has two outgoing links, the CS of the origin is only half of his Power Profit?
